Government Accelerate Energy Infrastructure
Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) is committed to boost energy infrastructure to mengoptimalkam maritime shaft. Optimization of maritime shaft are expected to provide economic value of $ 1.2 trillion per year.
Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources said Sudirman Said, utilization of maritime resource is not maximized. In fact, the potential of Indonesian maritime exceptional, including the potential for energy and mineral resources, such as oil and gas, minerals, and renewable energy.
"Of the various potential energy, the one that can be developed is a new renewable energy derived from ocean currents, tides, waves, and ocean water temperature difference," Sudirman said on the commemoration of 16th Nusantara Day in "Nelayan Nusantara Kejawanan" Fishing Port, Cirebon, West Java, yesterday.
In the same place Vice President Corporate PT Pertamina (Persero) Wianda Pusponegoro say, in the implementation of NusantaraDay, Pertamina appointed as the executor of the village development program of BUMN. Meanwhile, this activities are now carried out by PKBL Pertamina. The program conduct in Kabaruan, Talaud Islands, North Sulawesi, such as spatial arrangement of the village, the construction and development of natural resources, as well as economic facilities.
"In addition, the optimization of the quality of human resources to implement programs, educational facilities, improving the quality of health services and facilities, development of irrigation systems, sanitation lingkungari, and implementation of an integrated farming system," katadia.
